Major digital assets were mixed Thursday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) holding above the $112,000 level.
The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, shed 0.02% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 rose 0.7% in late trading, the S&P 500 added 0.4%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.2%.
Bitcoin rose 0.1% to $112,087, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume rose 2.4% to $62.6 billion.
Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, eased 2.3% to $4,461.
XRP (XRP-USD) lost 1.7%, BNB (BNB-USD) gained 0.9%, and Solana (SOL-USD) added 1.8%. Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) rose 0.1%, and Cardano (ADA-USD) dipped 1.9%.
The US 10-year Treasury yield stood at 4.205% at 3 p.m. ET Thursday, down from 4.238% Wednesday, while the five-year yield fell to 3.694% from 3.706%.
The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry fell 0.4% in the past 24 hours to $3.87 trillion, with trading volume up 2.1% to $171.6 billion.
