智通财经APP讯，中国智能交通(01900)公布2025年中期业绩，实现收益为4.787亿元，比去年同期增长67.9%。毛利为2.466亿元，比去年同期增加107.8%。归属于母公司拥有人利润为3.616亿元，同比扭亏为盈。每股盈利0.21元。
公告称，扭亏为盈主要塬因：集团于2025年1月1日实现了对恒拓开源的控制，重新计算恒拓开源于收购日期公允价值的收益约为3.5亿元;上半年金融资产公允价值变动亏损为250万元，而去年同期金融资产公允价值变动亏损为5270万元，较去年同期减少5220万元;上半年，受毛利、其他收入及收益、销售与分销及行政开支、金融及合约资产减值亏损净额、其他开支、财务成本等经营性因素净影响，利润较去年同期减少750万元。
