DIH Holding US (DHAI) said late Friday it received a Nasdaq notice of noncompliance due to its failure to timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 and its Form 10-K for the year ended March 31 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company has until Sept. 29 to either file the reports or submit a plan to regain compliance.
