Stride Property Group (NZE:SPG) declared a cash dividend of NZ$0.015625 per share for the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, unchanged from the previous year, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The dividend is payable on Sept. 17 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 27, the filing said.
The board will also suspend the first-quarter dividend reinvestment plan, but reaffirmed its target to pay an annual cash dividend of NZ$0.08 per share for the year ended March.31, 2026.
