　　新浪科技讯 8月30日下午消息，近日，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌在公司内部发表全员讲话，并回答员工问题。

　　李斌表示，基于CBU（基本经营单元）机制的全员经营组织变革今年以来已在蔚来全公司范围内大规模实施落地，公司经营战术层面上的快速变革调整与效率提升展现出团队很好的战斗力，乐道L90和新一代ES8上市让行业看到了不一样的蔚来。

　　他提到，最近增程汽车厂商纷纷推出纯电大三排SUV，加速产品向纯电转向，说明纯电拐点时刻已至。蔚来因为一直坚持做纯电，反而如今可以心无旁鹜地提效。
