新浪科技讯 8月29日上午消息，新浪科技独家获悉，拼多多开始招聘短剧类人才，或为其自制短剧进行准备。据了解，拼多多已在招聘平台招聘“短剧制片运营”，要求负责短剧内容的制作工作，包括前期选题策划、组织剧本的创作、把控拍摄和后期制作等，并要求有各大内容平台影视剧内容经验者优先，最好有过爆款短剧经验。

　　新浪科技就此向官方求证，截至发稿暂无回应。

　　据了解，拼多多自2019年起通过引入外部短剧内容、流量扶持、频道独立等动作布局短剧，但从未自主制作短剧，始终以 “采买+分成” 模式整合外部资源，核心目标是借短剧提升用户粘性，为电商生态导流。其短剧业务更偏向 “流量工具”，而非内容生产。（罗宁）
