智通财经APP获悉，9月2日，OMass Therapeutics宣布，已与罗氏集团(RHHBY.US)成员基因泰克(Genentech)达成一项独家合作与许可协议，授权后者开发和商业化OMass针对炎症性肠病(IBD)的临床前口服小分子项目。OMass是一家针对膜蛋白或细胞内复合物等经过高度验证的靶点生态系统开发药物的生物技术公司。
根据协议条款，OMass将获得2000万美元的首付款，此外还有可能获得超过4亿美元的潜在临床前、开发、商业和净销售额里程碑付款。OMass也有资格根据净销售额获得分层特许权使用费。在此合作下，OMass将主导该项目的初步临床前开发，直至候选化合物选定。基因泰克将负责临床开发、注册申报、生产及商业化活动。
