然而，董事会谨此知会公司股东及潜在投资者，公司目前正就一项物业收购事项与一名潜在卖方进行磋商。
于本公布日期，各方尚未就收购事项订立任何最终及╱或具有法律约束力的协议或合同，因此，收购事项可能会或可能不会进行。
