9月3日，药明合联盘中涨超6%， 公司宣布配股筹资，控股股东药明生物斥资超14亿港元认购。
消息面上，药明合联宣布，公司与配售代理签订了一份配售协议，将以每股58.85港元的价格，悉数包销最多2227.7万股配售股份给至少六名独立第三方。预计净募集资金约13.01亿港元。其中，约90%的资金将用于扩大集团的服务能力和产能，特别是在生物偶联药物、原料药和产品的临床及商业生产方面。其余约10%将用于集团的营运资金和一般公司用途。
此外，药明合联宣布，与认购人药明生物(02269)订立认购协议，拟向认购人发行2413.4万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份58.85港元，认购事项净筹约14.14亿港元，约90%将用于进一步扩大集团的服务能力及产能，包括但不限于其生物偶联药物、原料药及药品的临床及商业生产产能。约10%将用于集团的营运资金需求及一般公司用途。认购人为公司的控股股东。
