受商用飞机订单疲软影响，7 月美国制成品新订单有所下降，但企业在第三季度初对设备的支出似乎仍保持强劲势头。

　　美国商务部普查局周三表示，继 6 月工厂订单未经修正下跌 4.8% 后，7 月工厂订单又下降 1.3%。路透社调查的经济学家此前预测，7 月工厂订单将下降 1.4%。从同比来看，7 月订单增长 3.5%。

　　进口关税对制造业造成了阻碍 —— 美国供应管理协会（ISM）的制造业采购经理人指数（PMI）在 8 月已连续第六个月收缩。美国一家上诉法院上周五裁定，唐纳德・特朗普总统推出的大部分关税均属非法，这为企业带来了更多不确定性。

　　7 月商用飞机订单下降 32.7%。机动车、零部件及拖车订单反弹 1.9%；计算机和电子产品订单增长 0.5%；电气设备、家用电器及零部件订单激增 1.9%；机械订单增长 1.9%。

　　美国政府还报告称，被视为衡量企业设备支出计划指标的 “不含飞机的非国防资本品订单”，如上月预估所示，7 月增长 1.1%。

　　同样如上月报告，这类被称为 “核心资本品” 的出货量增长 0.7%。第二季度企业设备支出稳步增长，为该季度美国经济 3.3% 的年化增长率做出了贡献。
