区块链贷款机构菲戈技术公司（Figure Technologies）及其售股股东于周二表示，计划通过美国首次公开募股（IPO）筹集至多 5.2632 亿美元资金。目前市场乐观情绪正推动一波新的上市浪潮，该公司此举正是顺应这一趋势。

　　菲戈技术公司计划发售 2146 万股股票，同时其售股股东将额外发售 485 万股股票，此次 IPO 的指示性发行价区间为每股 18 至 20 美元。

　　当前股市走势活跃，且近期新股上市表现强劲，这些因素均助力恢复了投资者对新股发行的信心。

　　就在周二当天，瑞典金融科技公司克拉纳（Klarna）以及由文克莱沃斯双胞胎（Winklevoss twins）支持的加密货币交易所杰米尼（Gemini），也纷纷启动了路演活动。

　　高盛（Goldman Sachs）、杰富瑞（Jefferies）和美国银行证券（BofA Securities）是此次菲戈技术公司 IPO 的主承销商。菲戈技术公司将在纳斯达克证券交易所上市，股票代码为 “FIGR”。
