智通财经APP讯，国富量子(00290)发布公告，经虑及原认购协议的最后截止日期为2025年9月4日且原认购协议项下的先决条件并未达成;及鉴于目前市况，公司与各认购人已就原认购事项进行公平磋商，并同意不再根据原认购协议进行原认购事项。因此，原认购协议已失效而原认购事项将不会进行。任何一方概不会就原认购协议向另一方提出任何索偿。
于2025年9月4日，公司与11名认购人订立11份独立认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意向认购人配发及发行合共7.45亿股认购股份，相当于公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股本约7.57%。认购价每股认购股份1.78港元，较9月4日收市价每股2.13港元折让约16.43%。透过认购事项筹集的所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为13.264亿港元及13.214亿港元。
