智通财经APP获悉，总部位于美国的KKR(KKR.US)已从TPG(TPG.US)手中收购了韩国化妆品包装公司Samhwa，交易金额达 7330 亿韩元(约合 5.28 亿美元)。
KKR表示，此次收购是其在韩国企业投资领域长期积累经验的延续。该公司此前还投资过包括时尚零售商Musinsa、能源供应商 SK E&S 以及回收公司 Ecorbit 等企业。Samhwa表示，计划借助 KKR 的全球网络，进一步加强与各大全球奢侈品牌的合作关系。
此次交易正值韩国化妆品行业在全球范围内广受认可，并跻身世界顶级化妆品出口国之列之际。Samhwa成立于 1977 年，起初是一家模具开发和制造公司，如今为包括欧莱雅、雅诗兰黛、香奈儿等在内的 300 多个化妆品品牌提供包装解决方案。
纳斯达克上市公司 TPG则自2023年以来一直投资于Samhwa。
