三星电子工会周二向该集团会长李在镕提交了要求提高奖金制度透明性的信函。
当天，工会代表们在向三星集团实际负责人提交的文件中，要求引进更加透明的奖金评价制度，并废除以经济增加值（EVA）为基础的现行制度。
工会表示：“最近，SK海力士决定将年营业利润的10%用于奖金，而三星电子却仍在使用缺乏透明度的EVA方法。”
此前一天，SK海力士与工会达成了一项临时工资协议，将把年营业利润的10%用于分红，并取消了员工基本工资1000%的奖金上限。
三星电子工会表示：“在目前的制度下，即使营业利润很高，奖金也可能为零，而且还有上限。”
工会补充称：“虽然现在恢复工人的信任已经太晚了，但公司至少应该表现出改变的意愿。”
