ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密交易所 OKX 因未在荷兰金融监管机构注册便在当地提供加密货币服务，被荷兰央行（DNB）罚款 225 万欧元（约 260 万美元）。此次处罚涉及 2023 年 7 月至 2024 年 8 月，即欧盟《加密资产市场法规》（MiCA）生效前的时段。
OKX 代表表示：“此次罚款涉及一项早已整改的注册遗留问题，并未对客户造成任何影响。该罚款是荷兰央行对大型交易所开出的最低罚款，且因我们采取的整改措施而获减免，包括将荷兰用户迁移至我们持有完整 MiCA 牌照的欧洲实体。我们很高兴此事已得到解决，并将继续专注于在欧洲及其他地区打造合规、安全的服务。”
