智通财经APP讯，瑞丰动力(02025)发布公告，于2025年9月1日，公司与一家总部位于北京的智能网联汽车测试技术的科技公司订立一份不具法律约束力的战略合作协议。
根据战略合作协议，并且在各方正式签署具有约束力的协议的前提下，双方拟利用互补优势，主要为新能源汽车及智能驾驶辅助系统等领域进行联合推广及制定联合技术解决方案，以扩大各自的客户群及实现产品多元化。
董事会认为，潜在合作符合公司巩固其在新能源汽车和智慧汽车产业市场地位的长期发展策略，并将使集团在现有业务资源的基础上进一步巩固竞争优势。董事会认为，潜在合作将增强并加速产品创新，预计将对集团未来的获利能力产生正面影响。在此基础上，董事会认为潜在合作符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
