智通财经APP讯，嘉创地产(02421)发布公告，于2025年9月2日，公司间接全资附属公司广东嘉朗(作为发包商)与深圳光影百年(作为承包商)订立承包商施工合同负责进行主题公园夜游项目，据此，广东嘉朗同意委聘深圳光影百年提供施工工程，合同价为人民币2380万元(含税)，可根据承包商施工合同的条款予以调整。
深圳光影百年提供的施工工程范围包括施工图设计、交付、施工及安装货品及设备，以及提供系统使用、操作和维护方面的培训，最终项目竣工并验收主题公园夜游项目的各个施工环节，包括但不限于控制系统、网络基础设施、互动设备、舞台灯光、雾气效果、喷泉、水幕、特效设备、定制安装、技术服务和措施管理。
集团拟借由承接主题公园的运营，并进一步投资及发展其设施，务求提升其吸引力及扩大其规模。预期此举措不仅可丰富集团的文化旅游产业，还可与集团的相邻住宅物业产生协同效应。
