智通财经APP讯，惠达卫浴(603385.SH)公告，公司控股子公司北流市新盛达新型材料有限公司(简称“北流新盛达”)拟公开挂牌转让其所持有的广西新高盛薄型建陶有限公司(简称“广西新高盛”)100%的股权及债权(简称“标的债权1”)。公司拟公开挂牌转让所持有的广西新高盛的债权(简称“标的债权2”)。截至2025年6月30日，标的债权1金额为1.32亿元，标的债权2的金额为1.38亿元。
公告显示，广西新高盛是一家以陶瓷薄岩板产品的研发、设计、生产和销售为主营业务的高新技术企业。近几年，房地产市场逐步进入深度调整阶段，地产商陆续出现流动性压力。目前，广西新高盛处于停产状态。公告称，本次交易可调整和优化公司产业结构，整合企业资源，降低管理成本，提高资产运营效率和质量。
