彭博社9月1日指出，OPEC+已提前一年完成220万桶/日的闲置产能重启，并在9月批准增产54.7万桶/日，结束了自2023年以来的减产安排。
尽管需求在近期保持稳定，但国际能源署预测，全球市场在年底可能出现明显过剩。今年以来，布伦特原油价格已下跌约9%，目前在伦敦报每桶68美元。
OPEC+官员表示，增产部分是为夺回此前因减产失去的市场份额，但仍有166万桶/日的闲置产能计划维持停产至2026年底。
市场对后续走向存在分歧。多数交易员预计OPEC+将在当前炼厂检修期内保持产量稳定，少数预测会小幅增产。摩根士丹利分析师则认为，OPEC+明年或被迫减产以避免供应过剩。（国际财闻汇）
