智通财经APP获悉，海昌海洋公园(02255)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.17%，报0.75港元，成交额1450.88万港元。
消息面上，海昌海洋公园近日发布中期业绩，上半年收入6.86亿元人民币，同比减少14.19%；股东应占亏损2.95亿元，同比扩大250.41%；期内，海昌海洋公园取得一家国际知名IP主题店的运营权，带动公司IP业务收入达7806万元，同比增长23%。中报透露，公司已在细分赛道初步建立起IP运营赛道，希望通过持续与全球有影响力的IP合作，将IP商品化与主题公寓、景区、生活方式酒店、商业物业等旗下消费娱乐场景融合，实现“IP+新场景”的新业态。
值得注意的是，祥源控股集团今年6月宣布，以22.95亿港元战略投资港交所主板上市公司海昌海洋公园。若本次交易能够顺利完成，祥源控股将间接持有海昌海洋公园38.6%股份，成为其新的控股股东。开源证券指出，本次战投有助于双方优势互补。对于祥源，本次投资有助于新兴客源市场互补，完成“自然景区引流+主题公园招客”闭环；有效提供海昌海洋公园更多战略发展资源，同时有助于补充公司管运资金、降低财务费用。
