智通财经APP讯，特海国际(09658)发布公告，本公司获本公司控股股东(控股股东)之一NP UNITED HOLDING LTD(NP United)告知，为简化于本公司的持股，NP United董事会已决议将其持有的全部本公司股份(股份)(配发股份)严格按照持股比例以实物方式分派予其股东(即ZY NP LTD、SP NP LTD、SYH NP LTD及LHY NP LTD)(实物配发)。
截至本公告日期，NP United持有1.8亿股股份(占已发行股份总数的 27.71%)，并分别由ZY NP LTD、SP NP LTD、SYH NP LTD及LHY NP LTD持有约51.778%、16.074%、16.074%及16.074%权益。实物配发将透过分别转让 9330.24万股、2896.49万股、2896.49万股及2896.49万股配发股份(分别占截至本公告日期已发行股份总数的14.35%、4.45%、4.45%及4.45%)予 ZY NP LTD、 SP NP LTD、SYH NP LTD及LHY NP LTD的方式进行。
