智通财经APP讯，易站绿色科技(08475)发布公告，由于公司的潜在业务营运位于中国，故公司从商业角度考虑，拟聘请一间已在中国设立办事处且对中国营商环境较为熟悉的核数师事务所。经公司与泰达会计师事务所有限公司就拟更换核数师进行讨论后，泰达会计师事务所已同意辞任公司核数师，自2025年9月4日起生效。
董事会经审核委员会推荐后决议，委任北京兴华鼎丰会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，以填补泰达会计师事务所辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
