金吾财讯 | 香港证监会公布，谢瑞麟(00417)股权高度集中，即使少量股份成交，该公司之股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。证监会最近曾就该公司之股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2025年8月21日，有十九名股东合共持有4834.04万股该公司股份，相当于该公司之已发行股本之19.40%。有关股权连同谢达峰先生及该公司执行董事兼主席兼行政总裁邱安仪女士持有之1.81亿股（占已发行股本72.57%），相当于该公司发行股本之91.97%。因此，该公司只有2001.41万股（占已发行股本8.03%）由其他股东持有。
