Pathward Financial (CASH) said late Tuesday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its quarterly Form 10-Q on time for the quarter ended June 30.
The company has until Nov. 13 to regain compliance with the listing rule. The notice does not immediately impact stock listing or trading, according to a statement.
