据天眼查显示，近日，小红书运营方行吟信息科技（上海）有限公司被TVB旗下的上海翡翠东方传播有限公司起诉，案号为（2025）沪0101民初26542号，案由是侵害作品信息网络传播权纠纷。该案件将于2025年10月13日14：00在上海市黄浦区人民法院合肥路四楼中法庭开庭审理。
新浪科技就此询问小红书，公司暂无回应。
行吟信息科技 （上海） 有限公司，即小红书的关联公司，成立于2013年，位于上海市，是一家以从事专业技术服务业为主的企业。企业注册资本100万人民币，已于2024年完成了E轮。
此外，新浪科技注意到，行吟信息科技（上海）有限公司于2025年6月被上海市黄浦区人民法院列为被执行人。
