Shares of Pengana International Equities (ASX:PIA) were flat on Wednesday's trade after the company said in a late Tuesday filing that it received a notice from shareholder WAM Strategic Value (ASX:WAR) for the company to call and arrange for a general meeting.
The meeting would consider the resolutions to appoint and remove several of the company's directors with immediate effect, the filing said.
