据中国贸易救济信息网，8月27日，印度商工部发布公告，对原产于或进口自中国的T型电梯/升降机导轨和对重导轨作出反倾销肯定性终裁，建议对中国的涉案产品基于到岸价（CIF）征收为期5年的反倾销税，税率为24.11%－51.87%。涉案产品的印度海关编码为84313100、84313910、84313990以及73089090。以下产品不在本案建议征税范围内： ①冷拔导轨：T65/A、T45/A和T50/A是冷拔导轨的常用名称（其中，术语末尾的/A’表示冷拔类型）。 ②大尺寸/宽度的实心导轨，即不同变体的T114/B、T127/B、T125/B和T140/B（末端的“/B”或“/BE”表示加工类型和质量） ③焊接空心导轨。 ④作为完整升降机套件的一部分进口的T形升降机/升降机导轨和配重导轨。 ⑤T型升降机/升降机导轨的配件，如螺栓、鱼尾板和夹板。
