智通财经APP获悉，仲量联行早前发表的《香港地产市场观察》报告中指出，7月份香港整体甲级写字楼租赁市场录得189500平方呎的正净吸纳量，自4月起连续四个月录得正吸纳量。
仲量联行香港董事总经理鲍雅历Alex Barnes表示，现时写字楼租赁交投主要由追求更优质的办公空间所带动，租户趁势在租金回落时租用更优质的写字楼。值得注意的是，香港蚬壳公司于观塘The Millennity租用建筑面积达12300 平方呎的写字楼，从同区的Landmark East遭入。
仲量联行研究部资深董事钟楚如Cathie Chung表示，香港写字楼空置率略见改善，7月底整体写字楼空置率轻微回落至13.4%，除一个分区市场外，大部分分区市场的空置率均见下跌，港岛东及九龙东的空置率分别回落至13.4%及20.2%，湾仔/铜锣湾录得负吸纳量，空置率上升至9.6%。然而，写字楼租金跌势持续，7月整体甲级写字楼租金环比下跌0.5%。港岛东跌幅最显著下跌2.6%，其次是九龙东，略跌0.7%，中环轻微回落0.2%。
