消息面上，中电光谷公布中期业绩，上半年收入约14.71亿元，同比增长0.79%；毛利约3.67亿元，同比增长1.11%；公司拥有人应占溢利177.1万元。新增签约额15.39亿元，同比增长8%，其中综合运营业务签约额相比去年同期增加31%，办公类园区签约额相比去年同期增长13%。实现销售回款约23.25亿元，同比增长34%。
从收入结构看，园区运营服务收入10.38亿元，占总营收比重达70.6%，凸显“以运营为核心”的战略落地成效。其中，物业管理服务表现亮眼，收入4.17亿元，同比增长10.8%，管理物业面积达3293.6万平方米，同比增长18.92%，企业客户服务面积占比超74%，服务黏性与市场认可度持续提升；物业租赁服务收入8020万元，同比增长18.1%，出租率保持稳定，与园区开发业务形成合力，达到较好的产业聚集效应。
