Noumi (ASX:NOU) said that the Victorian Supreme Court has approved the terms of its AU$43 million class action settlement, with the company's insurers fully covering the company's nearly AU$11.6 million share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The settlement is now unconditional, and the legal releases in the company's favor have become effective, the filing said.
