智通财经APP讯，NIU HOLDINGS(08619)发布公告，于2025年8月22日，本公司收到中润企业财务有限公司(前称中润财务有限公司)(呈请人)向香港特别行政区高等法院(高等法院)提出的针对本公司的清盘呈请(呈请)，内容有关本公司未偿还由呈请人所提供的债务，涉及本金金额200万港元及累计利息。
董事会认为呈请缺乏法律依据，并不符合本公司或其更广泛的持份者社群的最佳利益。本公司将寻求法律建议并采取行动，以全力反对呈请。本公司的首要任务是解决此事，包括努力尽快促成呈请的撤回或驳回。
鉴于呈请中提及的金额与截至2025年3月31日本公司经审计的现金及银行余额约1640万港元相比，董事会认为呈请对本公司及其子公司的业务运营和财务状况不具重大影响。本公司截至本公告之日的运营和财务状况保持健康和正常。
