仲量联行发表的《香港地产市场观察》报告指出7月整体甲级写字楼租赁市场录得189,500平方尺的正净吸纳量自4月起连续四个月录得正吸纳量。仲量联行香港董事总经理鲍雅历表示目前写字楼租赁交投主要由追求更优质的办公空间所带动租户趁势在租金回落时租用更优质的写字楼。仲量联行研究部资深董事钟楚如表示写字楼空置率略见改善7月底整体写字楼空置率轻微回落至13.4%除一个分区市场外大部分分区市场的空置率均见下跌港岛东及九龙东的空置率分别回落至13.4%及20.2%湾仔/铜锣湾录得负吸纳量空置率上升至9.6%。
