智通财经APP讯，瀛晟科学(00209)发布公告，李忠海先生(李先生)于2025年9月3日透过Hurray Talent(一间由李先生全资拥有的公司)出售总数为3739.29万股本公司股份(相当于本公司已发行股本约24.16%)予Peak Access(一间由王女士全资拥有的公司)。出售事项完成后，本公司的主要股东由 Hurray Talent变更为Peak Access;
李先生辞任本公司执行董事，自2025年9月3日起生效;
蒋青辉先生(蒋先生)辞任本公司执行董事及董事会主席，亦不再为提名委员会主席，自2025年9月3日起生效;
王敬渝女士(王女士)已获委任为本公司执行董事及董事会主席，自2025年9月3日起生效;
本公司非执行董事林少鹏先生(林先生)已获委任为提名委员会成员，自2025年9月3日起生效;及
本公司独立非执行董事黄天莹女士(黄女士)已获委任为提名委员会主席，自2025年9月3日起生效。
