路透9月3日 - 据英国金融时报$(FT)$周三报导，巴西竞争监督机构CADE已对英美资源集团 AAL.L计划将其在巴西的镍矿业务以高达5亿美元的价格出售给五矿资源1208.HK旗下一家公司展开调查。
该报导援引一位不愿具名的消息人士的话称，这项调查是在全球工业集团、该地区的直接竞争对手CoreX Holding提出投诉之后进行的。
金融时报援引CADE的话称："根据收到的投诉，启动了调查经济集中行为的行政程序。”
不过，CADE指出，启动调查并不一定意味着交易将被阻止。
英美资源集团不予置评，CoreX和巴西CADE没有回应路透的置评请求。（完）
