智通财经APP讯，中烟香港(06055)发布公告，公司在向新增区域出口卷烟框架协议基础上，于2025年9月2日与湖北中烟工业有限责任公司签订“黄鹤楼”雪茄全球市场独家经销协议，并于2025年9月4日与山东中烟工业有限责任公司签订“泰山”雪茄全球市场独家代理协议，进一步推动中式雪茄全球销售平台建设，共同培育中式雪茄品牌。
根据黄鹤楼雪茄独家经销协议及泰山雪茄独家代理协议，本公司“黄鹤楼”雪茄及“泰山”雪茄的独家经销范围已由原有的泰王国、新加坡共和国、中国香港及澳门的免税市场以及中国境内免税市场扩展至全球市场(中国内地除外)。此举是继2025年7月23日与四川中烟工业有限责任公司签订“长城”雪茄全球市场独家经销协议后，公司在中式雪茄全球市场布局中取得的重要进展，有望进一步拓宽公司发展空间，培育新的利润增长点。因此，董事会认为，签订黄鹤楼雪茄独家经销协议及泰山雪茄独家代理协议符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
