韩国第二大存储芯片制造商SK海力士公司周三表示，已在韩国一条内存生产线上采用先进的生产设备，以加快下一代芯片的开发。

　　该公司表示，已经在位于首尔南部利川市的主要生产基地M16芯片制造工厂安装了业界首个高数值孔径极紫外线（High NA EUV）光刻系统。

　　高NA EUV是指一种先进的光刻系统，它通过应用更大的数值孔径来提供更好的分辨率，该孔径测量光学系统收集光的能力。

　　该设备由总部位于荷兰的阿斯麦公司生产，该公司表示，该设备的数值孔径提高了40%，精度提高了1.7倍。

　　SK海力士表示，该系统将加速下一代存储器产品的开发。

　　“我们预计，关键基础设施的增加将把我们一直追求的技术愿景变为现实，”SK海力士研发负责人Cha Seon-yong说。

　　他表示：“我们的目标是，利用快速发展的人工智能（AI）和下一代计算市场所需的尖端技术，加强在人工智能（AI）内存领域的领先地位。”
