智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(02880)发布公告，截止2025年9月1日，公司通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式完成回购，共计回购股份 3.34亿股，占公司当时总股本 239.05亿股的比例约为1.3959%，回购成交最高价格为1.76元/股，最低价格为1.45元/股，均价为1.63元/股，支付的资金总额为人民币5.45亿元(不含交易费用)。
公司已于2025年9月2日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司办理完毕上述3.34亿股回购股份的注销手续，后续公司将依法办理工商变更登记手续。
