快科技9月2日消息，前不久NVIDIA创始人、CEO黄仁勋闪电访问台积电，待了13小时就回美国，行程很低调，坊间传闻他是替美国传话。
这跟美国的AI芯片出口松动有关，美国近期解禁了NVIDIA以及AMD等公司的AI芯片对华出口，但这些公司需要上交15%的收入给美国政府。
这个过程中台积电显然是受益的，众多AI芯片都是台积电代工制造，但台积电的受益并没有给美国带来好处，甚至还能把关税等成本转嫁给客户，这引发了美国总统特朗普的不满，黄仁勋闪电访问被指来传话，要求台积电也上交利润给美国。
对于这一传闻，台积电今天已经辟谣，否认了传话一说，强调跟美国有通畅的沟通管道，黄仁勋来访问是应台积电要求来内部演讲。
此外，台积电也再次否认美国政府入股的消息，称从来没有过相关讨论，与美国的讨论一直保持通畅及正面的沟通。
不过美国商务部在免费入股Intel之后也尝到了甜头，也表示会把这一模式扩展到更多企业中，不知道台积电能坚持多久，之前消息称台积电为了避免被入股，考虑放弃美国的芯片补贴。
