BlockBeats 消息，9 月 3 日，香港立法会议员吴杰庄近期接受采访时表示，香港稳定币条例很严格，发牌数量非常少，明年初或许会发一张牌照。发牌之后，还要遵守其应用方落地国家的法律要求。另外，香港立法会明年还会针对线下 OTC 尽快启动立法程序。
吴杰庄称，数据资产已经是一个大势所趋，许多国家和企业已经将包括比特币在内的数据资产纳入储备。如果你做的比较慢，后面的竞赛成本就会越来越高。最后吴议员表示，香港没有外汇管制，税非常低，背靠十四亿人的大国门户，之后再打通“一带一路”，用好粤港大湾区的功能，相信香港在发展 Web3 领域拥有得天独厚的地位。
