美股周三早盘，美国网约车公司来福车（Lyft，LYFT）股价一度上涨逾8%，此前该公司通过发行可转换优先票据筹资4.5亿美元，该票据将于2030年到期。公司计划将所得资金用于股票回购和一般业务用途。

　　来福车同时购买了“上限期权”以防范股权稀释，其行权上限价格设定为每股33.60美元。
