Ferretti (HKG:9638) named Giordano Pellacani as its chief commercial officer on Wednesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The yacht maker also announced the reorganization of its commercial division, which will now be structured around two dedicated departments for the serial and custom business wings.

The moves come about in order to support the firm's growth, consolidate its global presence, and strengthen its organizational structure and leadership in the yachting industry.
