BUZZ-Vimeo rises after job cuts announcement

** Video-hosting platform Vimeo's VMEO.O shares rise 1.7% to $4.22 in morning trading

** VMEO says it will lay off its global full-time headcount by just under 10%

** Co had 1,102 full-time employees, of whom 498 were based outside of the U.S., as of December 31 - co's annual report

** Headcount reduction will be substantially complete by the end of the fourth quarter - co says in regulatory filing

** As of last close, stock down ~35% this year
