9月3日，国富量子盘中涨超8%，年内累计涨幅已接近180%。
消息面上，国富量子公告，公司单一最大股东柳志伟及股东王涛将向华检医疗的全资附属公司FINAL TOUCH LTD.出售合共18.48亿股公司股份，占公司已发行股本约20.31%，代价为31.42亿港元。交易完成后，华检医疗将成为公司的单一最大股东。双方将围绕“链上金融”生态构建全面深化战略协同，共同推动数字金融基础设施的创新与落地。双方将整合技术、牌照、资产与渠道资源，着力打造高效、合规、开放的链上资产发行、交易及管理平台，加速实现传统金融资产的数字化、碎片化与跨境流动。
值得注意的是，8月31日，国富量子与美年健康、京北方三方达成合作协议，以美年健康设备资产、数据资产、AI及其他新兴技术数字资产的收益权作为底层资产，共同开展数字确权与RWA代币化探索，探索健康医疗领域设备、数据资产价值释放新范式，助力大健康产业的升级与创新发展。
