观点网讯：9月4日，新疆维吾尔自治区能源建设领域两大重点项目EPC总承包中标结果公布，总投资额超45亿元人民币。
新疆奥盛科技公司绿色低碳硅基合金一体化项目和第十三师新星市红山农场昱坤源50万千瓦风电项目（EPC）均已确定中标单位。
其中，硅基合金项目位于克拉玛依市乌尔禾区百口泉产业区，由中国电力工程顾问集团中南电力设计院有限公司中标，中标价约25.22亿元人民币。该项目拟建64万吨硅铁生产系统，以绿色电力为主，消纳权重达到70%，并配套建设余热回收发电项目，实现能源梯级利用。
风电项目位于第十三师新星市红山农场境内，由中国能源建设集团山西省电力勘测设计院有限公司和中建电力工程（深圳）有限公司联合中标，总投资约18.6亿元人民币。项目预计建设容量50万千瓦，配套新建1座220kV升压站和75MW/150MWh储能区。
