智通财经APP获悉，爱高集团(00328)涨超15%，截至发稿，涨15.94%，报1.6港元，成交额1388.07万港元。
消息面上，爱高集团近期收购深圳爱高创科控股有限公司(合资公司)11%股权，转让对价为人民币200万元。于完成后，公司将成为合资公司单一最大股东，持有合资公司51%的股权。合资公司的主要业务是为企业客户提供数位产品租赁服务，并为电子商务和媒体开发提供辅助SaaS支援服务。公司相信，通过合资公司中的双轨发展战略，传统业务和合资专案的数位服务将形成“硬体+软体”的生态系统，实现业务多元化，并透过合资公司的行业资源、技术能力及政策优势，为集团带来长远的战略协同效益及潜在的增长机会。
此外，爱高集团发布公告称，邓超文先生因其他商务承担而辞任公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，自今日起生效。
