ChainCatcher 消息，据 Protos 报道，Michael Saylor 在承诺不会稀释 MSTR 股东价值后仅两周，就稀释了 Strategy（前身为 MicroStrategy）普通股东价值 7.352 亿美元。
此前消息，2025 年 7 月 31 日，Saylor 及其高管在 Strategy 第二季度财报会议上向股东保证，公司不会在 1 倍到 2.5 倍的净资产价值（mNAV）之间稀释 MSTR 以购买比特币（BTC），除非是为了支付利息或股息。然而，到了 8 月 18 日，Saylor 完全撤销了这一指导方针，并从演示文稿中删除了这一承诺。
截至 9 月 1 日，Strategy 已在 1 到 2.5 倍 mNAV 之间稀释了 MSTR 4.253 亿美元。上周，Strategy 又稀释了 MSTR 3.099 亿美元，同样在 1 到 2.5 倍 mNAV 之间。目前 MSTR 的基础 mNAV 为 1.38 倍，企业价值 mNAV 为 1.59 倍。
