MMC在马来西亚主要运营五个海港，包括位于南部柔佛州的丹戎帕拉帕斯港 (PTP)。

　　马来西亚港口运营商MMC Port Holdings的数十亿美元首次公开募股（IPO）正在遭遇估值难题。知情人士透露，公司期望获得80亿至100亿美元 的估值，但潜在投资者的兴趣有限，给出的区间更接近50亿至60亿美元。

　　上月，MMC已启动寻找基石投资者的进程，希望他们能在公开发售前承诺认购部分股份。然而，双方在估值上的落差使得谈判进展缓慢。若能达成妥协，IPO预计最快仍可能在今年内完成。

　　若成功上市，这将成为马来西亚13年来规模最大的IPO，上一次是在2012年，IHH Healthcare的上市融资规模达到21.2亿美元。

　　根据提交的招股文件，MMC计划发行最多42.7亿股，但尚未披露最终发行价区间与融资细节。

　　MMC成立于2006年，目前运营马来西亚五大主要港口，涵盖集装箱、散杂货、海事及其他相关服务。2024年公司营收同比增长10%至44亿令吉（约合10.1亿美元）。

　　马来西亚近年来在IPO市场表现活跃。2023年，该国募资总额达17.5亿美元，为东南亚之首。今年上半年已有32家公司通过IPO筹集逾9亿美元。
