纳斯达克建议收紧交易稀少股票和中国企业的上市规则路透9月3日 - 交易所运营商纳斯达克(Nasdaq)NDAQ.O周三提出了更严格的上市标准，包括提高某些新上市企业的最低公众持股量，以及加快交易量稀少企业的暂停上市和退市程序。
纳斯达克在声明中说，它将要求主要在中国运营的公司在公开招股中的筹资规模至少达到2,500万美元才有资格上市，恢复了以前适用于来自"限制性市场"发行方的上市门槛。
这家总部位于纽约的交易所运营商表示，已将拟议规则提交美国证券交易委员会(SEC)审查，如果获得批准将立刻实施。
根据该提案，按照纳斯达克标准，新上市公司的流通股市值需至少达到1,500万美元。该交易所还建议对存在上市缺陷和流通股市值低于500万美元的公司加快暂停上市和退市程序。
根据美中经济与安全评估委员会的数据，截至3月份，包括科技领军企业阿里巴巴 9988.HK、京东 9618.HK 和百度 9888.HK 在内的100多家中国公司在美国上市，总市值约为1万亿美元。
今年4月，茶饮连锁企业霸王茶姬CHA.O登陆纳斯达克融资4.11亿美元，成为今年迄今中国企业在美国最大的IPO之一。(完)
