Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) completed the acquisition of its remaining interest in two data centers in Singapore, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The total consideration payable by the REIT to Keppel Griffin pursuant to the call option is up to around SG$8.4 million.
