9月2日标普授予三井住友信托控股株式会社(Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group, Inc.简称“三井住友信托控股”A-/稳定/-8309.T)将于2036年9月到期的以美元计价的定期次级票据“BBB”发行评级。 标普预计根据日本的资本充足率要求上述次级票据将被视为符合巴塞尔协议III的二级资本。
